On April 13th, the high school café was transformed into a mad house of questions, brainstorming and quick responses, led by retired Onteora Math Teacher, Mrs. Phyllis Rosato, posing as guest questioner, The Joker.

On April 19, 2012, members of the Onteora DECA chapter visited Parish Hall in Phoenicia to host a celebration honoring the senior citizens in the district.  The DECA students worked with members of Phoenicia Rotary decorating, cooking, serving and cleaning up.

Three Onteora students trekked off to Salt Lake City on April 28th to compete, joining 19,000 other students who converged on Salt Lake City to take part in this thrilling event.

Forty-four pints of blood were collected from high school donors on April 23rd.  Each unit of blood helps save 3 lives!

Shamrocks are being sold for $1 and will be posted in the 28 hallway.  Members of National Honor Society will be selling shamrocks during both senior high school  lunches.

Three Onteora High School students will be performing in the State Capitol on Monday, March 5, 2012 as members of the prestigious All-State Vocal Jazz Ensemble.

February 11th fourteen members of the High School Science Olympiad team competed in the Mid-Hudson Regional Competition at Ulster County Community College.
