Mr. Wilbur Prutzman’s Law Enforcement Class Hosts A Guest Lecturer Series at the High School

Corporal Gene Stoutenburg informed the Law Enforcement classes about gang influence in the political system over the years.  His eye-opening presentation was thought-provoking and exciting.

Superintendent James Hanstein presented on the careers in the law enforcement field from CO to FBI.  He entertained the class with his unique sense of humor and his experiences at an FBI agent.

The last lecture in this series was by Officer Lattin, K9 Handler.  He spoke of the trials and tribulations of being a K9 Officer.  The K9 animals are officers and treated as such.  The dogs are raised, trained and adopted by their human counterparts.  When they retire, the dogs become family pets to the K9 officer handlers.
