Fifty students were treated to take down by K9 officers, tracking and retrieval as well as drug searches performed by the new “four-legged” recruits.
On Monday, 11/7, the law enforcement classes toured the former Ulster County jail and the new jail. A lecture on the linear vs pod style was quite informative. A special thank you to the Ulster County Corrections Dept. for the opportunity to view law enforcement in action.
